Edge of the Grid LLC is an independent hardware research and development operation based in Alaska. We specialize in designing, prototyping, and testing heavy-duty mechanical components, custom attachments, and structural modifications for off-road vehicles, compact imported machinery, and remote homesteading equipment.

In-House Prototyping & Validation Lab

Our rapid design cycle bridges high-tolerance CAD modeling with rugged, real-world torture testing. Our physical R&D facility utilizes multi-wavelength fiber/CO2 laser systems, multi-axis CNC milling, and high-temperature additive manufacturing to validate components before release.

Production & Fulfillment

To maintain strict aerospace-grade tolerances without massive retail overhead, all production-ready Edge of the Grid designs are manufactured on-demand and distributed directly through our SendCutSend Marketplace.
